1. Promoter
- The promoter is Zilzie Wines Pty Ltd (trading as Booty Shine XO), ABN 94083139824, located at 544 Kulkyne Way, Red Cliffs VIC 3496.
2. Eligibility
- Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
- Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, participating venues, distributors, event partners, and agencies directly involved with the promotion are ineligible.
- By entering, participants confirm they meet the legal minimum drinking age.
3. Promotional Period
- The promotion runs from 1 December 2025 to 30 April 2026 inclusive (“Promotional Period”).
- Monthly prize draws will take place on the first Wednesday of each month, as follows:
• Wednesday 3 December 2025
• Wednesday 7 January 2026
• Wednesday 4 February 2026
• Wednesday 4 March 2026
• Wednesday 1 April 2026
• Wednesday 6 May 2026 (final draw for April entries)
4. How to Enter
- Participants must complete the official Booty Shine XO Feedback Survey, accessible via QR codes or links on printed point-of-sale materials, promotional cards at events and festivals, or on the Booty Shine XO website.
- Participants will receive one (1) entry for each Booty Shine XO flavour they review within the survey, up to a maximum of three (3) entries per person.
- Reviews of all three flavours (Lemon Squeeze, Tropical Crush, and Watermelon & Lime) may be completed within a single survey submission.
- Duplicate reviews of the same flavour will not be counted as additional entries.
- Completing the survey in full and opting in to enter the prize draw constitutes an entry.
- Entrants must provide their full name and a valid email address to be eligible.
- Completing the survey constitutes consent to be contacted for the purposes of administering the Booty Shine XO Survey Prize Draw, including winner notification.
- Entries must be submitted during the Promotional Period. Entries close at 11:59pm AEST/AEDT on 30 April 2026. Entries received before each monthly cut-off will be included in that month’s draw, with entries received up to 30 April 2026 included in the final draw on 6 May 2026.
5. Prize
– Each monthly winner will receive a Booty Shine XO Prize Pack containing:
– 1 × mixed 24-pack of Booty Shine XO 250ml cans, consisting of
– 8 × Lemon Squeeze
– 8 × Tropical Crush
– 8 × Watermelon & Lime
. – or 1 x single flavour of winners choice of 24-pack of Booty Shine XO 250mL cans.
– 1 × Booty Shine XO T-shirt, winner’s choice of size (subject to availability), valued at $30 AUD
- The total approximate retail value of each monthly prize is $150 AUD.
- The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
- The Promoter may substitute a prize (or any component) of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
- Winners will be selected at random conducted by the Promoter.
- Winners will be notified via the email address provided.
- If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
- By entering, participants consent to the Promoter publishing their first name and the initial of their surname (e.g., “Sophie M.”) on the Booty Shine XO competitions page or - other promotional channels for transparency.
7. Prize Delivery
- Prizes will be delivered to an Australian residential address nominated by the winner.
- Delivery may require proof of identity and proof of age (18+).
- Alcohol will not be delivered to anyone under 18 years of age.
8. Responsible Service of Alcohol
- The Promoter supports the responsible service and consumption of alcohol.
- Participants agree to consume alcoholic beverages responsibly and in accordance with legal requirements.
- The prize must not be supplied to persons under 18 years of age.
9. Privacy
- Personal information collected is used solely for the purpose of conducting the promotion, contacting winners, and improving Booty Shine XO products and experiences.
- All information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy: https://bootyshinexo.com/pages/privacy-policy-bsxo.
- By entering, participants consent to their information being used for the Booty Shine XO Survey Prize Draw.
- Participants may request access to, or correction of, their personal information at any time.
- Only the winner’s first name and initial of surname will be publicly disclosed.
10. General Conditions
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, or corrupted entries.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify anyone who provides false information, submits duplicate flavour reviews, or attempts to interfere with the entry process.
- If the promotion cannot run due to technical issues, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion.
